Recreational Gymnastics

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you book into the correct age group class, and at the correct day/time slot.

All recreational classes run for 1 hour under the supervision of our fully qualified coaches. During the session the gymnasts will experience a variety of fun activities, including time spent on both floor exercises and on our Olympic and Mini Olympic apparatus.

Robin Hood Gymnastics Club will be moving to a new online membership management and payment system (powered by for all of our Recreational classes.

Payments for classes will now be taken via Direct Debit on the 20th of each month as advance for the following months classes. First payment not due until 20th September 2017.

Monthly payments are as – All Monday classes are £20 per month (excluding Bank Holidays) and Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are £22 per month. We will only be allowing drop-in payments and taster classes on Fridays and Sundays. The cost of pay as you go classes will be £8 per session. Teen tumble (boys and girls), Rhythmic and Dance classes remain at £5 per class pay as you go.

All gymnasts who participate in Robin Hood Gymnastics classes and pay via direct debit must also be members. The Robin Hood Membership is payable yearly and must be paid in addition to the first monthly instalment of your direct debit at the time you join.

The annual RHGC membership is due every October, from 2018 this is £50.00 for squad / £30 for recreational every year and DOES NOT cover BG insurance. Please pay your BG membership directly with British Gymnastics via the website, as we have
no access to this as a club – squad gymnasts must have silver membership and recreational bronze. On paying your membership an email confirmation or BG number must be presented to reception for training to continue from October. Gymnasts from another club pay the £50/£30 membership and need to present their BG number. Gymnasts transferring from recreational or squad pay £10 before August 1st, ANY gymnasts joining after August 1st will have their membership payment waived.

BG Policy allows gymnasts to be members of as many clubs as they wish, so any gymnasts who are members of other clubs, but would like to take up extra classes are welcome to join Robin Hood as their secondary club. Any Gymnasts wishing to take on private lessons at Robin Hood must become a member. We offer an open policy where gymnasts and coaches can access our facility but remain members of their primary Club.

*Any late payments for either monthly fees, yearly membership or extras will be due an administration fee

Gymnasts who prefer to ‘pay as they go’ or drop will have their membership fee included in the entrance price. This membership does NOT include a Bronze Affiliation with British Gymnastics. However, these gymnasts will be insured through Robin Hoods group insurance.

At Robin Hood Gymnastics Club, we request all non members (pay on the door customers) to fill in our Waiver Release form which can be found in the download section of the policies page.
