Adults Recreational Gymnastics

Adults Recreational Gymnastics 18+
Every Monday 7.30-9.30pm and Tuesday 7.30-9pm

Adult gymnastics is a fun way to keep fit and try out a few tricks.  Have you always wanted to try out the sprung floor you see gymnasts work on, how about trying your hand at swinging your legs around the pommel horse like Louis Smith?

  • Well now you can, we have full International FIG apparatus, kitted out by the same company who supplied apparatus for the 2012 OLYMPICS and 2014 Commonwealth Games.
  • If you want to get into free running, hère you can have a go in a safe matted environment.

You must be over 18 to attend this class.

All adults classes run for 1.5 or 2 hour under the supervision of our qualified coaches. During the session the gymnasts will experience a variety of fun activities, including time spent on both floor exercises and on our Olympic apparatus.

Gymnasts from another club pay the £50/£30 membership and need to present their BG number. BG Policy allows gymnasts to be members of as many clubs as they wish, so any gymnasts who are members of other clubs, but would like to take up extra classes are welcome to join Robin Hood as their secondary club. Any Gymnasts wishing to take on private lessons at Robin Hood must become a member. We offer an open policy where gymnasts and coaches can access our facility but remain members of their primary Club.
