PiYo is an amazing workout from Beachbody (the company that brought you P90X and Insanity) so you know you are getting something good. Even you though PiYo will give get you fit, strong and lean it is not a workout that will leave you so exhausted you want to give up. PiYo uses your body and only your body to get these results. You get the core strength and muscle definition of pilates and the flexibility and strength of yoga – the perfect combination.

PiYo is unique because it add an extra boost, it speeds things up. Through flowing, dynamic movement you get lean, you get fit AND you have fun.

PiYo is great for any fitness level. You will work hard but it is achievable. If you have found other fitness programmes a bit too intense then this is for you. If you love yoga and pilates but want to turn up the heat a bit then this is for you.
